In short
- Booked appointments are a leading indicator. Attended appointments are the outcome.
- When a provider is paid for attended calls, they carry the cost of no-shows instead of you.
- Clear qualification, the right time zone and a warm handover keep show rates high.
Two appointment setting proposals can quote the same number of meetings and deliver very different results. The difference is usually one word in the contract: booked or attended.
Why booked appointments are not enough
A booked appointment means a prospect agreed to a time. Between that moment and the call, priorities change, diaries fill up and interest cools. If your provider counts the meeting as soon as it is booked, every no-show is still billed to you.
Why attended, qualified appointments are the right measure
An attended appointment means a real conversation happened. Add qualification, meaning the person matches the criteria you approved, and you have the only number that reliably turns into pipeline.
In our agreement, an appointment counts towards your package when a prospect who matches your approved criteria attends the call. If they do not show, we replace the appointment at no extra cost.

How we keep show rates high
- Real interest first. Our SDRs qualify through conversation before suggesting a call, so prospects know why they are meeting you.
- The right time zone. Times are confirmed in the prospect's own time zone.
- A clear invite. The calendar invite explains who the call is with and why.
- Warm until the call. If a call is days away, the SDR keeps the conversation alive so the prospect stays engaged.
- Your notes, acted on. If you ask the team to keep a lead warm or reschedule, they handle it in the same thread.

What this means for your budget
Because only attended, qualified calls count, the price per appointment is the real price per conversation. Our packages run from $250 per attended appointment on the 10 call Starter pilot to $150 per attended appointment on the 100 call Enterprise package, with no retainer and no minimum term.
