Everything you'd normally ask on a demo call
No gatekeeping. The deliverable, the mechanism, the pricing and the guarantees are all below — so you can decide without booking a call with us first.
What you actually get
The deliverable, the mechanism and the standard every appointment is held to.
What exactly do I get when I buy a package?
A number of attended, ICP-qualified B2B appointments booked onto your calendar, delivered by a managed Virtual SDR Network: identity-backed LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator access, targeting, messaging, AI Appointment Setters handling every reply, confirmations, reminders and reporting. Starter delivers 10 attended appointments, Pro 25, Elite 50 and Enterprise 100.
What counts as a qualified appointment?
A decision maker who matches the ICP we agreed, has confirmed the problem you solve, understands roughly what you charge, and attends the call. If any of those are missing, it does not count towards your number.
What happens if someone does not show up?
We replace it, free, until your full number of attended appointments has been delivered. Your total only ticks down on attendance, never on bookings.
Is one package one campaign?
Yes. One package funds one campaign against one ICP in one market. If you want to target a second market, vertical or offer, add another campaign at checkout — they run in parallel.
Do I get the conversation history and data?
Yes. Every booking arrives with the full conversation context and qualification notes, and that data stays yours.
How the mechanism works
Virtual SDRs, AI Appointment Setters and why we only use LinkedIn.
What is the Virtual SDR Network?
A managed pool of warmed, identity-backed LinkedIn profiles that represent your brand in outreach, operated by our AI Appointment Setters. It gives you the output of a sales development team without recruiting, training, tooling or managing anyone.
Who actually speaks to my prospects?
Our AI Appointment Setters. They are briefed like senior setters on your offer, qualification criteria, objections and tone, then open conversations, reply within minutes, qualify and book — with our team overseeing every booking before it reaches your calendar.
Will prospects realise they are talking to AI?
They experience a fast, relevant, well-informed conversation from a real, identity-backed profile. Nothing is scripted or spammy, and messaging is written in your voice.
Why LinkedIn only? What about cold email or calling?
LinkedIn is where senior B2B buyers still read and reply, and where role and seniority data is maintained by the buyer themselves. Cold email risks your domain reputation and deliverability; cold calling burns brand trust. We deliberately use neither.
Is this safe for LinkedIn accounts?
Yes. Profiles are warmed gradually and volumes stay well inside safe limits. Because we run a network rather than one account, we never need to push a single profile too hard.
Do I need to supply profiles, tools or data?
No. Profiles, Sales Navigator access, warm-up, automation, data and management are all included. You can add your own profile if you want outreach to come from you personally.
Pricing and commercial terms
What it costs, what it replaces and what happens if it underdelivers.
How much does it cost?
One-time, per campaign: Starter $2,500 for 10 attended appointments, Pro $5,625 for 25, Elite $10,000 for 50 and Enterprise $15,000 for 100 — a cost per attended appointment between $250 and $150.
Is there a retainer or long-term contract?
No. There are no retainers, no lock-ins and no notice periods. You buy a campaign, we deliver it, and you decide whether to buy another.
Are there hidden costs like ad spend or software?
No. There is no ad spend, no per-seat software bill and no data fees. Everything needed to run the campaign is inside the package price.
How does this compare to hiring an SDR?
A single in-house SDR typically costs $60k–$95k a year before tools, management time and benefits, takes 6–12 weeks to hire and around 3 months to ramp. 100 attended appointments cost $15,000, with no hiring risk and no attrition.
What if you do not deliver the appointments?
The commitment is the number of attended appointments in your package. We keep working the campaign — replacing no-shows and wrong-fit prospects at no extra cost — until that number has been delivered.
Fit, targeting and results
Whether we can reach your buyers, and how quickly.
Which industries do you work with?
B2B SaaS, agencies, recruitment and staffing, consulting, financial services, events, IT and managed services, and logistics — plus anything else where the buyer is reachable on LinkedIn. Each industry has its own playbook page.
Which countries do you cover?
United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe as core markets, plus UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and wider APAC. Outreach and bookings run in your buyers' local time zone.
Are we too small, or too early stage?
Early-stage through mid-market all work. What matters is that you have a clear B2B offer, someone available to take the calls, and buyers who can be reached on LinkedIn — not a specific revenue threshold.
What if my deal size is small?
Deal size is flexible. The economics simply need to work: if a handful of closed deals from a package pays for it several times over, the campaign makes sense.
How quickly do results start?
Onboarding and infrastructure take around 7 days. Conversations begin immediately after, with the first booked appointments typically landing in weeks one to two.
Do you work with competitors in my space?
Not on the same ICP in the same market at the same time. Targeting exclusivity is agreed during onboarding.
Onboarding and working together
What we need from you, and how much of your time it takes.
How much of my time does this take?
One onboarding brief and a short kickoff. After that, your only job is showing up to the meetings we book. There is no daily management on your side.
What do you need from me to start?
Your offer and pricing, your ICP, your qualification criteria, common objections, and a calendar link. That is captured in the campaign brief when you check out.
Do I have to get on a sales call to buy?
No. You can choose your package, complete the campaign brief and pay online. Onboarding starts straight after payment.
Can I approve the messaging before it goes live?
Yes. Sequences and reply frameworks are shared for sign-off before launch, which matters especially in regulated industries.
How do I contact you before buying?
Use the live chat on any page, or the contact form. We do not publish an email address, so chat is the fastest route to a human.
Buy the appointments. We'll build the team behind them.
